Join Brenton Pyke from Market Eating House and Thermomix Team Leader Kia Gorham for an intimate, interactive cooking demonstration showcasing how professional techniques and bold Market flavours can be recreated using the Thermomix.
Across this two-hour session, Brenton and Kia will prepare a selection of Market-inspired dishes while sharing practical tips, techniques and ideas you can use at home.
The menu will include:
Kia’s mulled cider
Brenton’s Market hummus with freshly made flatbread
Brenton’s Shark Bay crab dumplings
Kia’s winter mushroom risotto
Brenton’s Peanut butter parfait with salted caramel and praline
Guests will be able to watch each dish come together, ask questions and enjoy tastings throughout the demonstration.
Every guest will also receive a recipe booklet featuring the dishes prepared during the event.
